Multi-disciplined design role required creative, analytical, and technical expertise for translating business requirements into functional, user-friendly interfaces, interaction flows, navigations, graphic elements, and overall look and feel.
Client projects included the development and design of company intranets, web applications, web portals, handheld device programs, heuristic evaluations and reports for Visa U.S.A.; GUI redesign of critical reporting systems for NetIQ; and human factors research and analysis for computerized car functionality for BMW.

Regional administrator for hardware and software implementation and maintenance for 60+ Windows 95/NT workstations, telephone systems, voicemail systems, video conferencing units, and all other equipment used by corporate and home-site offices, and their subsidiary, Futurestep.com. Assisted in the development of training materials, and conducted training sessions for on-going group, one-on-one, and online end-user instruction for the operation of 20+ software programs, various computer hardware devices, and additional office equipment.
